Exchange – Return – Cancellation

We offer a 7-Day Conditional Return & Exchange Policy for all products. You may request a return or exchange if you receive a product in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product

Exchange/Replacement

  • Exchange replacement is possible if the product is damaged and cannot be repaired by sending spares or if the product is incorrect.
  • On receiving your complaint within seven days of delivery, we shall verify the authenticity and initiate the replacement process.
  • We will arrange pick up where possible or ask the customer to ship the product to us (shipping charges borne by us).
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging and with all original tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
  • The return packets should be adequately packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Returned products are subject to verification. If the claim is not legitimate, shipping costs will be borne by you.
  • Once we receive the product, the replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Modification and Cancellation

  • You can modify an order (same or higher value) within 24 hours or before it is packed & sourced.
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock, we may cancel your order and process a refund.

Processing the Refund

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through our payment gateway. It may take 10-12 working days for the amount to reflect in your payment source.
